Devices sent in are refurbished by our refurbishing partner (reseller) and given a second life by being resold for use - via the refurbed marketplace or to companies.
If it proves impossible to refurbish a device that has been sent in, it is used for spare parts or recycled to the highest environmental and safety standards and the raw materials recovered are reused.
