Why does my voucher code not work?

If your discount code is not working, it might be due to one of the following reasons:

The code is no longer valid

Some vouchers are only valid for a limited time. Please check the expiry date in the email or promotion where you received the code. For example, newsletter vouchers are valid for 3 days from the date you receive them.

The minimum order value has not been reached

Some vouchers might require a minimum order value. For newsletter vouchers, the minimum order value is €200.

The voucher does not apply to the selected product

Certain vouchers are only valid for specific product categories. For example: Newsletter vouchers are only valid for electronics Some vouchers are only valid for selected product ranges (e.g. iPhones).

Voucher codes must be applied before completing the order process. It is not possible to apply a voucher retroactively.
