We add a small Service Fee to your order to make sure everything runs smoothly from your first click to receiving a fully functional device.
This fee helps us maintain the quality and security of your shopping experience and provide you with the best possible service.

Warranty assistance: If there’s an issue, we work with the seller to make sure your warranty applies when you need it.

Is the Service Fee part of the device price?
No, it’s not included in the device price. The Service Fee is shown separately in your cart, in your order confirmation, and on your invoice.
Is the Service Fee always applied?
Yes, it’s applied to every order regardless of the product type or seller.
What happens in the case of a refund?
If you cancel or return your entire order, the Service Fee will be automatically refunded.
If only part of your order is returned or refunded, the Service Fee will still apply.
Where can I find the invoice for the Service Fee?
You can find the invoice for the Service Fee in your refurbed customer account under View Order Details in the section “Download Documents”
If your order is fully refunded, you’ll also find the corresponding credit note there.
