Currently, it is not possible to actively cancel a sale through your customer account due to technical reasons. However, we are already working on a solution to make this process easier in the future.
If you no longer wish to proceed with your sale, you can simply choose not to send in your device.
If we do not receive your device, the sale will be automatically cancelled after 70 days.
Before the cancellation, you will receive two reminder emails asking you to send in your device. If you wish to cancel the sale, you can safely ignore these reminders.
No further steps are required on your end.
