The price shown when creating a sales order is always an “up to” price. It represents the maximum amount your device can achieve if its condition matches your original description.
After your device is inspected by our partner, you may receive a second offer if its actual condition differs.
If you’re not happy with the revised offer, you can simply reject it within 14 days. Your device will then be returned to you free of charge.
