Please deactivate any possible account locks, such as a iCloud, Google account, Samsung account, etc. on your device, so that we can check and process them accordingly. Locks like swipe patterns, pins with number sequences or passwords must also be removed, otherwise we cannot rule out that your device is additionally equipped with an account lock.
Please note: We cannot refurbish devices with existing account locks. If these are present, we cannot process the purchase and will send the device back to you.
Disconnect Apple device from iCloud

1. Go to „Settings“
2. Scroll down and click on „Logout“
3. Enter the password for your Apple ID and click on „Deactivate“
4. Click on „Logout“
5. Click again on „Logout“ to confirm that you want to log out of iCloud
Deletion of Google accounts on Android devices
1. Open the „Settings“ app on your smartphone.
2. Tap on „Accounts“. If „Accounts“ is not displayed, tap on „Users and Accounts“ or „Accounts and Backup“.
3. Tap on the account you want to remove and then on „Remove Account“.
4. If this is the only Google account on the smartphone, you will need to enter the pattern, PIN, or password for your smartphone for security reasons.
For older Android versions from Android 7 or older
1. Open the „Settings“ app
2. Tap on „Accounts“ under „Users and Backup“
3. First tap on Google and then on the account to be deleted
4. Tap on „More“ or the menu symbol in the top right corner and then on „Remove Account“
5. If this is the only Google account on the smartphone, you will need to enter the pattern, PIN, or password for your smartphone for security reasons.
Important: In addition to your Google account, you may need to remove other accounts on Android devices (e.g., disable Samsung reactivation lock, remove Sony Xperia „my Xperia“, log out of Huawei account, etc.).
