Repair or exchange
The seller will determine if a product is available for exchange or if a repair is possible. Repairs take between 2 and 7 working days. If a repair or exchange is not possible, you will receive a refund. If outside our 30-day trial period, this will be a refund of the current value of the product.
Refund (30-day free trial period)
Once your return has arrived and been checked by our seller, your refund is usually issued within 3 to 5 business days. You’ll receive the refund through the same payment method you used for your order (e.g., credit card, PayPal, or Klarna).
