How do exchanges work during the 30-day free trial period?

You can exchange your product for one with the same specifications within the 30-day free trial period, depending on our seller’s availability.

If you’d like a different model, color, or version, you can simply return your current product within the 30-day trial period and place a new order for the product you prefer.

To start a return, go to your refurbed customer account, select your order, and click “Get help.”

Our seller will respond within one working day and guide you through the return process.
