How do I change my customer account email address?

If you’d like to update the email address linked to your customer account, our customer service can take care of this for you. For security reasons, we need to verify your account before making any changes.

Information we need from you

To initiate an email address change, please provide the following details via email to service@refurbed.ie:

• First and last name of the person who placed the order
• Email address originally used to place the order
• Shipping or billing address associated with the order
• New email address you would like to use going forward

What happens next

Once we’ve received and verified this information, we’ll update your email address immediately. After the change is completed, you’ll be able to log in to your customer account using the new email address.
