You can download your invoice directly from your refurbed customer account.
- Log in using the same email address you used for your order
- Go to Orders and select your order.
- Click View order details.
- Under your product, select Seller invoice or Addon invoice to download it.
If you can’t find the invoice in your account, click the “Get help” button next to your order. Our seller will respond within one working day and send you the invoice.
