If your device is damaged, you can report it via the refurbed Plus claim portal. Our insurance partner will then contact you and decide the return option: either you’ll receive a return label to send the device in free of charge, or you’ll be asked to take it to a repair shop near you.
You pay the deductible and your device will be repaired or replaced if it is not repairable. The repaired or replaced device will be returned to you immediately.
