- Go to your order overview.
- Click “Get help” next to the affected order.
- Describe the issue in detail — including when the problem started, pictures and any troubleshooting steps you’ve tried.
Our seller will respond within one business day to help you identify the issue and, if needed, arrange a repair or replacement under warranty.
