Where can I find my order confirmation?

You should receive your order confirmation email within a couple of minutes after completing your purchase.

If you haven’t received it, please check the following:

1. Check your spam folder.

   The confirmation email may have been filtered there accidentally.

2. Verify your email address.

   Make sure the email address you entered during checkout was correct.

3. Check your refurbed customer account.

   You can find the order confirmation in your refurbed customer account under View Order Details in the section “Download documents”
