Are refurbed products water and dust resistant (IP certification)?

Thanks to our refurbishment process, our products are fully renewed and are technically comparable to brand-new devices. However, the IPxx certifications (for example, IP54 or IP67), which indicate a device’s water and dust resistance, may no longer be guaranteed after refurbishment, which is reflected in our warranty.
