What battery capacity can I expect on refurbished devices?

Unless otherwise specified, the batteries in our products retain at least 80% of their original capacity, 85% for our smartphones, or 90% for our Premium grade.

During the refurbishment process, any batteries with less than these thresholds of their original capacity will be replaced automatically. Some products are also available to purchase with a brand-new battery.
